REFUND POLICY

We offer a 7-day return window from the date of delivery.

You are eligible for a return if:

  • The product is damaged, defective, or incorrect
  • The product is unused, unworn, and in its original condition
  • Original packaging, tags, and invoice are intact

❌ Returns will not be accepted if:

  • The product shows signs of use, scratches, or damage caused after delivery
  • The return request is made after 7 days
  • Items bought during clearance or special sale (unless damaged)

💸 Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you about the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved:

  • Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days
  • Amount will be credited to the original payment method
  • For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds will be processed via bank transfer or UPI

🔄 Replacement Policy

We offer free replacement in case of:

  • Manufacturing defects
  • Transit damage
  • Wrong product delivered

Replacement requests must be raised within 48 hours of delivery with clear images/videos of the issue.


🚚 Return Shipping

  • If the return is due to our mistake (damaged/wrong item), we bear the return shipping cost
  • If the return is due to personal preference, return shipping may be borne by the customer

🕶️ Non-Returnable Items

  • Used or altered sunglasses
  • Products without original packaging
  • Free gifts or promotional items
