Prices of products are mentioned in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive or exclusive of taxes as mentioned on the product page. SunLazer reserves the right to change product prices, offers, and discounts at any time without prior notice.
We offer multiple payment options including Cash on Delivery (COD), UPI, debit cards, credit cards, and other online payment methods through secure payment gateways. SunLazer does not store any card or sensitive payment information.
Orders placed on the website can be cancelled only before they are shipped. Once an order is shipped, it cannot be cancelled. In case of Cash on Delivery orders, refusal to accept delivery may result in restriction of future COD orders.
SunLazer offers return and exchange on eligible products as per our Return & Refund Policy. Products must be unused, undamaged, and returned in original packaging within the specified return period. SunLazer reserves the right to reject returns that do not meet the eligibility criteria.
Delivery timelines provided are estimates and may vary due to location, logistics partners, weather conditions, or unforeseen circumstances. SunLazer is not responsible for delays caused by third-party courier services.
