We offer a 7-day return window from the date of delivery.
You are eligible for a return if:
- The product is damaged, defective, or incorrect
- The product is unused, unworn, and in its original condition
- Original packaging, tags, and invoice are intact
❌ Returns will not be accepted if:
- The product shows signs of use, scratches, or damage caused after delivery
- The return request is made after 7 days
- Items bought during clearance or special sale (unless damaged)
💸 Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you about the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved:
- Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days
- Amount will be credited to the original payment method
- For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds will be processed via bank transfer or UPI
🔄 Replacement Policy
We offer free replacement in case of:
- Manufacturing defects
- Transit damage
- Wrong product delivered
Replacement requests must be raised within 48 hours of delivery with clear images/videos of the issue.
🚚 Return Shipping
- If the return is due to our mistake (damaged/wrong item), we bear the return shipping cost
- If the return is due to personal preference, return shipping may be borne by the customer

- Used or altered sunglasses
- Products without original packaging
- Free gifts or promotional items
