At SunLazer, we strive to ensure complete customer satisfaction. If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help.
1. Return Eligibility
- Products are eligible for return within 7 days of delivery.
- The product must be unused, unworn, and in original condition with all tags, packaging, and accessories intact.
- Returns will not be accepted for damaged products caused by misuse, mishandling, or normal wear and tear.
2. Non-Returnable Items
- Products purchased during sale, clearance, or special offers may not be eligible for return unless received damaged or defective.
- Customized or altered products are non-returnable.
3. Return Process
- To initiate a return, please contact our support team with your order ID and reason for return.
- Once approved, instructions for return pickup or self-shipping will be shared.
4. Refund Policy
- After receiving and inspecting the returned product, the refund will be processed.
- Refunds will be credited to the original payment method within 7β10 business days.
- For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds will be processed via UPI or bank transfer.
5. Exchange Policy
- Exchanges are allowed subject to product availability.
- If the requested product is unavailable, a refund will be issued as per policy.
6. Damaged or Defective Products
- If you receive a damaged or defective product, notify us within 48 hours of delivery with clear images/video.
- After verification, a replacement or refund will be provided.
SunLazer reserves the right to approve or reject any return request based on inspection.

- Orders are processed within 1β2 business days after confirmation.
- Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next working day.
3. Delivery Time
- Estimated delivery time is 3β7 business days, depending on your location and courier partner.
4. Shipping Charges
- Shipping charges (if any) will be clearly mentioned at checkout.
- Free shipping may be available during promotional periods.
5. Cash on Delivery (COD)
- COD is available on selected locations and orders.
- SunLazer reserves the right to disable COD for certain pincodes or high-risk orders.
6. Delays
- Delivery delays may occur due to weather conditions, courier issues, or unforeseen circumstances.
- SunLazer is not responsible for delays caused by courier partners, but we will assist in tracking your order.
7. Incorrect Address
- Please ensure your shipping address and contact details are correct.
- SunLazer is not responsible for non-delivery due to incorrect or incomplete address details provided by the customer.
